Dr. Kalaiappan C Chidambaram, known as KC to his students and colleagues, is a chemistry faculty in the Department of Math and Science. He received his PhD in 1992 from the Tamilnadu State Madurai Kamaraj University, India. Prior to joining the Northern faculty in 2004, he had 15 years of experience in industrial and sponsored corrosion research at various institutions in India and Montana, USA. His primary teaching responsibilities are in the areas of Chemistry, Microbiology and Materials Engineering. His research interests include Corrosion, Materials Science and Nanomaterials. |
