Return Policy


 

 

You must have your original cash register reciept to get a refund.

Textbooks can be returned for a full refund for 10 business days after the start of Fall or Spring classes.   Books for weekend and one-week classes can only be returned before the first day of the class. Fall books can be returned until Sept 9.

Books purchased after September 9, 2008 can be returned for a full refund for 48 hours after purchase.  New textbooks are only refundable when returned in the same condition as purchased.  Any book purchased during the week of mid-terms or during finals cannot be returned to the bookstore for a refund.  Shrink wrapped books and books with Disks/CDs/DVDs are non-refundable if the seal is broken.

Non-text merchandise in original saleable condition can be returned for a full refund for 7 calendar days after purchase.  No refunds on trade books, newspapers or opened electronics.

For your convenience, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER.  We also accept personal checks.  Checks must be imprinted with your name and address.  You will need a current student ID or valid driver's license for identification.  If paying by check a refund cannot be made before 3 days after purchase.
