Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is a no-cost educational outreach program that assists eligible individuals in pursuing
their college and career goals. Our mission is to provide information, advisement,
and support in the areas of high school equivalency, post-secondary education, trades
apprenticeships/
Our goal is to increase the higher education pursuits of low-income and/or first-generation students. We also seek to serve veterans or veteran-dependents, tribal-affiliated individuals, disconnected youth, individuals with disabilities, and justice-involved individuals.
EOC staff can provide services to groups and individuals in-person or remotely via phone, email, or video-conferencing. We welcome partnerships with groups and organizations residing in our target area who wish to share these services to their members.

Eligibility Criteria*
- You are age 18 or older.
- You are a citizen or national of the U.S or a permanent resident.
- You live within our 10 county Target Area (see graphic).
- You meet one or both of the following:
- Low-income OR
- First-generation (neither of your parents have a four-year bachelor’s degree)
